Letter from the President: Never a Case for Compromise
In past editions of Case Files I have written of our passion for the role we play in the advancement of such industries as science, medicine, aerospace, and broadcast communications. Even if our part is small in the grand scheme of things, participating in such endeavors by helping to transport delicate and valuable equipment motivates us and lends additional credence to a service many people take for granted—that is, case design and manufacturing. All that aside, however, some of the most gratifying work we do is actually in the form of cases we design and produce for the military.
As you’ve probably realized, this edition of Case Files is sandwiched between Memorial Day and Independence Day and, without inciting political debate or making any statements, I thought the timing offered the perfect opportunity to spotlight our work with the armed forces.
Whether or not you agree with the current government’s actions, the fact remains that there are young men and women risking their lives every day and if we—Cases By Source—can play even a fundamental role in keeping them safe, it is a greater reward than we could ever imagine.
As manufacturers of stock and custom cases, we provide protection, security, and insurance for every kind of precious asset. For the military, we have designed field training cases, field desk cases, missile cases, radar system cases, satellite equipment cases, ammunition cases, weapons system cases and more. Such cases help our troops to do their work efficiently, communicate with one another clearly, and protect themselves effectively by providing safe transport for the items and tools on which they rely.
Heat, sand, mud, water, volatile environments—extreme conditions and unpredictable situations don’t scare us. They simply challenge and motivate us to provide rugged protection and uncompromised security worthy of the people who depend on our cases.
Compromise is never an option.
